BD’s Mongolian Barbeque has finally opened a store here in Central Kentucky. I first tasted their wonderful offerings about 5 years ago and have craved to have a restaurant close by. While I lived in Michigan for a short time, there was one a couple hours away which my wife and I visited on a couple occasions but have missed since moving back to Central Kentucky.
Well this market finally managed to make the demographic requirements for a BD’s franchise and I am craving the time when we can visit.
Great Food, Your Food, any way you want it. They provide the raw meat, veggies, and all other add-ins for your meal, as well as several different seasonings. You pile it all in a bowl and take it to THE GRILL!!! The grill workers will prepare it for you and hand it back to you on a plate. Then at your table you are served tortillas and rice to accompany your wonderful food creation.
You then get to enjoy and devour the greatness you have created, accompanied with choice of beverage. And you leave with a VERY FULL stomach of great tasting food.

So, have you visited the Lexington location, yet? If so, was it as good as you remembered it. And, was it very busy? New restaurants in Lexington tend to have very long wait times (1-2 hours).
This is the best concept I have had Seen in a long time! My Husband and I have ate there only twice, but as I sit here today,I want to drive down and eat! We live in Catlettsburg Ky, so we are about 2 hrs away. My son lives in Versailes Ky.. this iswho took us there for our first visit. He eats there at least once a week.
I have been in upper management of a resturant for over 20 years now. And My experience at this store was amazing! The service, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, freshness of your product, the temperatures of your product, the team handling of your product, all get my approval as a passing 100%…Outstanding job on opening this restaurant.
I only wish you would concider Ashland Ky. , as your next place of putting a B&D in. You would do great locatating here also. We need a restaurant of this quality to come into our Town!
